The Recovery and Resiliency Movement Medicine Protocol is a healing program using exercise for women who want to recover, feel energized and able to do what they love. 

This 3 part program - all in easy to follow modules - will help you reduce inflammation and pain and build energy.  It will get you back to feeling energized and balanced.  


This is the most up-to-date, in-depth and holistic method using movement as medicine to recover from pain, inflammation and low energy on the market.

I've got over twenty years experience as a yoga teacher, an osteopath and craniosacral therapist.  Through my own recovery from auto immune and adrenal related struggles, and working with thousands of women clinically with similar issues, I learnt to adapt movement practices for recovery.  Now I notice my own rhythms and can surf and dance and use movement medicine to nourish my body and I can teach you to do the same.  

This program draws on scientific wisdom and my own deep understanding and experience of how to move and how to heal.

The Recovery and Resiliency Movement Medicine Curriculum

I've created a three part program that will take you on a journey (over approximately 6 - 9 weeks and yours to use beyond) to learn a way of moving and exercising that's not only good for you but builds resiliency against inflammation and fatigue.

Part I: Foundations of Healing and your  Breath

If you want to start healing go to your breath!  It's the easiest most impactful place to begin.  Breathing exercises, diaphragm releasing techniques, relaxation and nervous system work are all part of the foundations of movement medicine for recovery and resiliency. 

Perhaps, right now you are wondering if doing any exercise is good?  YES!  Research shows it's important to keep exercising but to choose the right way. 


 -  Learn easy to follow exercises you can use over and over (from 20 - 60 minute movement sequences)

-  Start with the fundamentals of movement that many other programs gloss over and dont teach correctly

-  Get the know how, the 'why' it's important in a series of expert interviews 

- Cleanse, detox, nourish and release 

-  Use movement medicine as your life coach (I'll even teach you how to release emotional stress with movement)

In Part 2 of the Recovery and Resiliency Movement Medicine Protocol we repattern our physical, automatic and unconscious response to chronic stress by learning the power of movement sequences that hold within them deep healing tools.  It's like therapy without having to talk it all out.

First and foremost, to change our automatic adaptive strategies of how we respond to things that trigger us, we need to cultivate a felt sense of safety.  

In the second part of the Recovery and Resiliency Movement Medicine Protocol you will learn to come along side old movement and stress patterns that no longer serve you and support new ways of being more balanced, more your wise and loving self.

The movement sequences in this part of the protocol you will learn are easy to follow, and they are soothing, strengthening and graceful. 

You will break down bad habits and build new good habits and patterns of movement. 

You will cultivate your resiliency and courage in movement.

This third part of the Recovery and Resiliency Movement Medicine Program will help you feel more physical ease - but not just that - this is an up-to-date and holistic program that takes into account and teaches mind body connection to help you feel balanced, energetic and physically comfortable.
